Sammi Butler | Founder, Behaviour Shift
I bring over 25 years of experience in sales, business development, events and promotions, including national sales in plant hire within the construction industry.
I’ve represented brands on the ground, managed customer relationships and been responsible for bringing business in.
I know what goes into winning customers, the pressure of hitting targets and what businesses expect when they invest in an event.
That’s the thinking behind Behaviour Shift. An event staffing agency built with commercial understanding and hands-on industry experience.
I’m personally involved in selecting our team and meeting staff face-to-face. Because when someone represents your business, who they are matters just as much as what they’re there to do.
